At PrintMost, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products that bring your vision to life. Because each order is made to order, our return policy reflects the unique nature of custom printing while ensuring a fair and responsive customer experience.
✅ Custom Products
All of our products are custom printed based on the artwork, sizes, and specifications provided and approved by you, the customer.
Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or printed in error due to a mistake on our part.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, and details prior to printing. Once approved, we will proceed with production exactly as confirmed.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to:
Incorrect size, color, or layout submitted by the customer
Typographical errors or artwork mistakes that were approved
Change of mind after production has started
🕐 Return Window
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not printed according to the approved design, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
📦 How to Request a Return or Replacement
To start a return or replacement request:

Include your order number
Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or misprint
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. If your request is approved, we’ll promptly arrange a reprint or refund.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Custom products printed correctly and as approved
Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
Products returned without prior authorization
💸 Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.
