Custom Products
All of our products are custom printed based on the artwork, sizes, and specifications provided and approved by you, the customer.
- Custom printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or printed in error due to a mistake on our part.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, and details prior to printing.
- We do not accept returns or refunds due to:
- Incorrect size, color, or layout submitted by the customer
- Typographical errors or artwork mistakes that were approved
- Change of mind after production has started
Return Window
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not printed according to the approved design, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or misprint
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. If your request is approved, we'll promptly arrange a reprint or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products printed correctly and as approved
- Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
- Products returned without prior authorization
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.
